After more than 17 years in busi-ness, Georgina "Gina" Garcia, owner of Gina's Gift Shop in Sunny Isle Shopping Center, has expanded with a second store at the end of July, opening Gina's VI in a separate Sunny Isle location. From the Dominican Republic, she has lived on St. Croix professionally as a bio-tech. She launched her own business in 2005 offering variety of items such as clothing, shoes, handbags, fashion jewelry and Dominican beauty products.

"Gina" as she is popularly known by all demographics, believes in giving back to the USVI local community and also supporting members of the Dominican Repuiblic in unity, peace and prosperity.
